Suncook Little League sets registration dates
Registration for Suncook Little League’s 2005 season will be held on four Wednesdays, Jan. 19 and 26, and Feb. 2 and 9, from 6 to 8:30 p.m., as well as three Saturdays, Jan. 29, and Feb. 5 and 12, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Sign-ups will take place at Pembroke Town Hall this year, not Allenstown Town Hall as in the past.

Children ages 5 to 18 who live in Pembroke, Allenstown or Epsom are eligible to enroll to play baseball or softball. Registration is required even if a child played previously.

At least one parent or legal guardian must be present, with proof of residence, and a copy of the child’s birth certificate.

Hooksett lax sign-ups available
Hooksett lacrosse sign-ups for the 2005 spring season will take place at Cawley Middle School on three consecutive Wednesdays. All interested first- through eighth-grade girls and boys can register on Jan. 19, 26 and Feb. 2 from 6 to 8 p.m.

Adult archery class begins Jan. 24
The Concord Community Education Program is offering an adult archery class starting Monday, Jan. 24, from 7 to 8 p.m. at Concord High School. The course continues for six weeks and is open to anyone 17 and older. Equipment will be provided, or you can bring your own.

Participants will receive hands-on experience learning the shooting form, equipment selection and maintenance, as well as a chance to enjoy fun games and various tournaments.
